Log in with your email address. On the TikTok login screen, tap "Use phone / email / username" → switch to "Email." If an email is linked to the account, TikTok can send a reset code there.

Use a saved password. If your browser, iPhone Keychain, or password manager saved the TikTok password, you can log in directly without any verification code.
