Recover Facebook Without Email or Phone — 5 Working Methods
Locked out of Facebook with no email or phone access? Here are five methods that do not require your current contact information.
Recovery Methods Without Email or Phone
Upload a government-issued ID. Facebook's identity verification accepts passports, driver's licenses, and national ID cards. Access via facebook.com/login/identify → "No longer have access?" → follow the prompts to ID upload.
Use Trusted Contacts. If you previously set up Trusted Contacts, go to facebook.com/login/identify → "No longer have access?" → "Reveal my trusted contacts" and ask your friends for their security codes.
Search for yourself. If you can find your own profile while logged out, there's a "Get help with this account" option that starts a recovery flow using only your profile information.
Use a device still logged in. If any phone, tablet, or computer is still logged into your Facebook account, use it to update your email address before anything else, then reset the password via the new email.
Use a linked Instagram account. If your Facebook and Instagram were connected and you still have Instagram access, log into Facebook via Instagram credentials or contact Meta Support with the linked account info as proof of ownership.
